Had a great time on Sunday running in the 5000m track race as part of the NSW Club Championships, I managed to run 18:59.85 which was a PB and a great result considering the humid conditions. Obviously I don't feature much in the video but you can hear Marg telling me I had a K to go while the winner Matthew Cox was finishing in an amazing 14:51.61.
